The Shared Ministries Partnering to Provide Monthly Meals to Those in Need!

Today on our Orono Woods blog page, I will share some local kindness. In our small town of Long Lake, the shared ministries of Calvin Presbyterian, Church of St George, and Trinity Lutheran Church partner to provide monthly meals for their church members and the community as a whole. All meals are free and are meant to encourage unity and friendship within our community. They have continued to offer this through our time of COVID-19 and have actually received donations from local businesses offering some boxed goods as well as paper products at pick up. An excellent way of showing we are all in this together, by taking care of each other through kindness. We thank them as well as Harvest Moon for their joint participation.
