Spelling Bee Was the Buzz Around The Legacy Last Week
The buzz at The Legacy last week was all about the resident and staff spelling bee. This was something new and everyone was so excited! The spelling bee seemed to be a good match for our residents who like to keep their brains buzzing. Together we shared in a lot of giggles and laughter while challenging one another. In the end our 1st place winner went to a resident who was spelling the words like it was no challenge at all. Our 2nd place winner was taken by Stan in our nursing department. One of our residents’ favorite things is participating in activities WITH our staff and the staff love it just as much.
