The Legacy Shows Support to the Local Humane Society

It’s that time of year where The Legacy looks forward to supporting our local community by receiving toy or cash donations. This year The Legacy was excited to partner with the local Humane Society where every dollar raised supports the animals in their care. For each donation, an ornament is placed on a Christmas tree, the residents and staff have enjoyed watching the tree fill up with each donation that is made. In addition to donations, participants receive a plush puppy of their choice. The Humane Society was the #1 choice for The Legacy because residents and staff really enjoy seeing animals! Animals have a way of lifting up the spirit in all of us!
