Ida Marie’s Chef Jordan Demoed 3 Ways to eat Pineapple at The Legacy of St. Anthony

Thank you to Ida Marie for the delicious chef demo in April! We are thinking spring as it’s raining outside and what better way to celebrate with some pineapple. Chef Jordan provided us with 3 different ways to eat pineapple. Together we enjoyed fresh pineapple, grilled pineapple and the best of all as voted by the residents was the pineapple upside down cake with cherries. Thanks again chef and we look forward to seeing what will be demoed in May!
