Chef Brad Welcomes Spring and Student Workers to Ida Marie
Hello Lang Nelson Residents,
It’s me, Chef Brad. I’ve been a part of the Lang Nelson family for almost 2 years as the lead chef at the Legacy of St. Anthony. Recently I accepted the position of Chef Manager and I’m eager to make my mark of service to the greatest generation of people here at the Legacy. This week we’re planting our herb garden with the help of some willing green thumb residents and the act of kindness from Mother Nature herself. We’re looking forward to a fun-filled summer of BBQs, theme dinners, and Chef Demos. June is our salute to Sizzling Salads! With fresh greens and vegetables, and an array of sautéed proteins to excite the pallet, this is a heart healthy meal in itself. The summer brings with it lots of student workers. For many it’s their first job and to be serving all of you makes it all that more special. These are wonderful people and the wisdom and tales of life they share and bring to me and our staff are priceless. Here’s to a grand summer and tasty foods from farms to tables. We look forward to being of service to you and others!
Ida Marie has been a Lang Nelson staple for many years. Our relationship-building with our clients makes us stand apart. All meals are fresh and made-from-scratch. We would love for you to stop in and try a fantastic meal prepared by our wonderful chefs. From meat & potatoes to crab salad, we work to prepare something for everyone. In addition to the great food and company, our dining facility sits against the outside patio featuring a beautiful water feature.
