Once a month Ida Marie restaurant hosts either a lady’s luncheon or men’s luncheon.  This month (August) it was the ladies turn!  The tables were set and the food was made to ensure that all the residents who attend these events feel as special as they truly are.  Chef Mark pulls out all the stops to make sure that everyone has a great time.  These events allow the residents to sit all together and visit, catch up, and bond over their meal.  Mark made a delicious Mandarin Orange Chicken Salad with homemade dressing and a croissant to go with.  Not only did it taste good, it was healthy as well!  We love having visitors come for meals, if this food sounds too good to be true come try it out for yourself!
