No Place like Home at The Arbors!

Most people would agree that there’s no place like home to recover from an illness or injury. It’s being surrounded by family, friends and the things most cherished. It’s where recovery is more comfortable and typically happens faster. Recover Health believes that rehabilitation in your own home is the best choice for many independent older adults.

Recover Health visited The Arbors recently for a presentation outlining the various Medicare-covered home health care options available to residents should they need them. Services include nursing care, physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.

There was a large turnout for this event, and residents found this information to be very valuable. Many were not aware of the covered services available to them should they become homebound due to illness or injury. And many more were happily surprised to find out that many home health care options are covered by Medicare, with little or no out-of-pocket expense. Recover Health can help residents recuperate in the comfort of their own home and help them regain their independence.
