Exciting Enhancements at The Crossings at Brookwood!
It’s hard to believe another year has passed so quickly! This past year we have been able to do so many wonderful updates to our community; here are just a few items that we have accomplished in 2016:
- Repainted the exterior on both of our buildings
- Repaired all of the brick siding on our building that was in need of repairs
- Replaced the 6125 common area water heater with a high efficiency water heater
- Updated all interior and exterior lights with new LED technology that are much more energy efficient and brighter for improved safety
- Replaced the monument signs and directional signage on the whole property
- Patched and resurfaced all of our parking lots
- Expanded our much used outdoor patio
These are just some of the major improvements we have made this year. As Lang Nelson continues to reinvest and improve our community, I am confident that we will see more exciting updates during the next year also! Stay tuned for more information!
In addition to all of the updates this year, we have had many wonderful events where we have been able to meet our new neighbors and enjoy our old ones. In December, we had a great holiday dinner with fantastic entertainment, fun with the Earle Brown Elementary 1st graders, a beautiful holiday light bus tour, and so many other enjoyable activities to enrich our lives!
In this New Year, it is my desire is to have more friends and families become part of “The Crossings Family.” I would like for you to experience for yourself the joy of being part of such a vibrant and energized community.
