Emerald Pointe Spotlights Carolyn D.

Carolyn moved to Emerald Pointe in August of 2011 after selling her home in Buffalo, Minnesota. She was looking for a place to be near her place of employment and to her daughter. Carolyn piped up and said “it was the best decision she ever made and I have loved the choice I made ever since.” How did Carolyn find Emerald Pointe? Carolyn was looking at apartments in our neighborhood and drove past and saw how beautiful and inviting Emerald Pointe was. Carolyn came in and met with Sue and was immediately given the grand tour from top to bottom which included the apartment, underground heated garage, community room, exercise room, our beautiful grounds which included the gazebo, picnic and grilling area and our beautiful outdoor heated swimming pool. Carolyn came into Sue’s office immediately and made application. Carolyn enjoys the friendships that she has created with other residents, enjoys the Lang Nelson transportation bus runs, both errand and grocery store, bingo, pastries on Monday, popcorn on Friday, breakfast once a month, our event dinners, especially the Nite to Unite with prizes and live DJ music provided by RAN Music Service. 

Carolyn complimented our office and maintenance staff for going above and beyond. Carolyn loves how Dan and Calvin are so quick on making repairs and how the office staff is so welcoming and concerned about her. Carolyn is a proud grandmother of two, one grandson and one granddaughter.  What an inviting resident spotlight with Carolyn D. by being greeted with a huge smile from ear to ear.
