The Crossings at Brookwood Gives Back to the Community!
Here at The Crossings at Brookwood we support many different organizations and charities. Some of the organizations that we support each year are Community Emergency Assistance Programs (through a HUGE food drive that we hold here each fall) and the Earle Brown Elementary School (through a back pack and school supply drive). We also regularly hold a hat and mitten collection for the local children at Earle Brown Elementary School. This year we collected over 175 pairs of mittens and hats! Our most recent outreach event that we attended with the whole staff and several residents last month was the Feed My Starving Children program. Together we packaged 25,920 meals for children in the Haiti. This is estimated to feed 71 children for an entire year!
We are happy to support the community and give back and are always looking for opportunities to volunteer to make a difference!
