Kathy Anderson RN, Nurse Liaison with Lang Nelson Associates is happy to introduce our residents and their families to medical and community resources that will enhance their lives. Our Goal is that you remain comfortable, independent, and safe while enjoying life within our communities.

Lang Nelson Associates is pleased to inform you that Homeland Health Specialists, Inc., will be providing Flu Vaccination Clinics within your community. The day, date, and time that the Homeland Team will be at your community will be announced in August. You may also contact your community Site Manager or Resident Services Director for this information.

Homeland Health Specialists, Inc. is Medicare certified and will bill Medicare or your Health Plan. For specific insurance or billing questions, feel free to contact Homeland Health @ 763-746-8060; and please identify that you are a resident of a Lang Nelson Community.

The single best way to prevent seasonal flu is to be vaccinated each year. Good health habits can and will help stop germs, and the spread of illness. And staying as healthy as possible helps us outweigh the  daily challenges we face.
