Did you know that consumer fraud among senior occurs at a disproportional rate? In fact 60% of all callers to National Fraud Information Centers describe themselves as senior citizens. Senior scams are among the most common forms of consumer fraud. Telemarketing fraud alone is a $40 billion a year business. Every year millions of senior citizens are targeted by scammers, often resulting in thousands of dollars in losses.
