The goal of the Waterford Senior Campus is to promote maximum independence and dignity for each of our residents in a home-like setting. In addition to our Memory Care, Assisted Living, Advanced Care Suites, Independent Senior Apartments, and Townhome housing rental options, we offer supportive services that include physical needs along with social and spiritual well-being.
Our beautiful, spacious townhomes feature fireplaces, patios, washer and dryers as well as attached garages. Maintenance-free living encourages townhome tenants, like our independent and assisted residents, to have the freedom to enjoy on-site amenities such as outdoor walking paths, ponds and gardens, social programs, beauty shop, ice cream parlor, and our famous Ida Marie restaurant.
The Waterford Manor Senior Campus encompasses our Assisted Living, Memory Care Suites, Advanced Care Suites, and Independent Apartments & Townhomes.

Mr. James Gilbert is receiving the honor of raising the American flag at a Minnesota Twins game! On Friday, June 15, at 7:10pm, the Minnesota Twins will be playing the Milwaukee Brewers at Target Field. Mr. Gilbert is a resident of our independent, beautiful townhomes and has been a part of the Waterford family since 2010. Mr. Gilbert enjoys participating in many of the Campus’ activities.
