The Waterford Senior Campus

The goal of the Waterford Senior Campus is to promote maximum independence and dignity for each of our residents in a home-like setting. In addition to our Memory Care, Assisted Living, Independent Senior, and Townhome housing rental options, we offer supportive services that include physical needs along with social and spiritual well-being.

Our beautiful, spacious townhomes feature fireplaces, patios, washer and dryers as well as attached garages. Maintenance-free living encourages townhome tenants, like our independent and assisted residents, to have the freedom to enjoy on-site amenities such as outdoor walking paths, ponds and gardens, beauty shop, ice cream parlor and our famous Ida Marie restaurant.

The Waterford Manor had a great National Noon Out event on August 2nd! We were surrounded with fantastic friends, family and staff who made this event successful.

Students from the Benilde St. Margret School came out to the Waterford Manor and played games such as golf, bean bag toss, dice, “minute-to-win-it” challenges and other fun games. We enjoyed yummy cotton candy and a delicious picnic lunch from the Ida Marie Restaurant.

The Residents were delighted to listen to the “Young At Heart Orchestra” during the National Night Out event.

The Waterford Manor residents were accompanied by students from the Benilde St. Margret School to make cards for our troops and emergency workers on August 3rd. We all enjoyed decorating cards and writing special messages to show our appreciation.
