Earle Brown Terrace Makes a Bold Step in

Helping The Senior Community!

Earle Brown Terrace, offering both independent and assisted living lifestyles, has recently opened 20 additional apartments to Elderly Waiver Program recipients.  This is a tremendous reason for celebration among the senior residents in our community who are in need of quality housing and health care.

As you know, there is a critical shortage of affordable rental housing for those who are financially challenged; we want Earle Brown Terrace to be the place their next home.

We are the Premier Senior Community in Brooklyn Center and our standards and service are second to none.   Those on Elderly Waiver will see no difference in their care and will enjoy the lifestyle they deserve!

Call Earle Brown Terrace at 763-560-6829 to inquire about availability today.  These apartment homes will fill quickly so do not delay in contacting us!  Our address is:  6100 Summit Drive N. in Brooklyn Center, 55430, Brooklyn Center, MN.  We look forward to hearing from you!

“A Historic Day at The Arbors of White Bear”

The 3rd Annual Arbors Antiques Show was another huge success. Residents, friends, neighbors and families came from all over White Bear Lake to have their treasures and antiques appraised. Toys from 1910, Amazing folk art from the 1830’s by celebrated female artists from the era and amazing Tiffany statues had all in attendance gasping at the value. James and Bonnie from Appraisal Specialist Midwest in St. Louis Park, MN brought expertise and fun to our show. James has also appeared on the popular Antiques Road Show on PBS. All of this was primarily for the residents of the Arbors of White Bears fun and amusement, but, we also like to give back to the community. All items appraised generated $5.00 donation each to the White Bear Lake Area Historical Society. Protecting our community’s history is important for us and the future generations. It is a pleasure to host this event each year, helping the White Bear Lake community and providing amazing events and entertainment for the residents at The Arbors of White Bear. Check out the link below to Press Publications coverage of this historic event. Contact Scott Farmer for a tour of The Arbors and to make your reservation at next year’s show.

Night to Unite at Emerald Pointe

What a great time to get out and get to know your neighbors.  Here at Emerald Pointe, we hosted a Night to Unite and had Hot dogs donated by a local restaurant, baked beans and chips.  A D.J., who lives at Emerald Pointe entertained us with awesome music and a 5 minute chair massage from a local Chiropractor.  We also had tons of locally donations collected that were given away.  What an awesome community to live in.  The West Metro Fire and D.A.R.E. also made a stop by to let the kids, both big and small, climb up to take a look of the great view.

The Waterford Senior Campus

The goal of the Waterford Senior Campus is to promote maximum independence and dignity for each of our residents in a home-like setting. In addition to our Memory Care, Assisted Living, Independent Senior, and Townhome housing rental options, we offer supportive services that include physical needs along with social and spiritual well-being.

Our beautiful, spacious townhomes feature fireplaces, patios, washer and dryers as well as attached garages. Maintenance-free living encourages townhome tenants, like our independent and assisted residents, to have the freedom to enjoy on-site amenities such as outdoor walking paths, ponds and gardens, beauty shop, ice cream parlor and our famous Ida Marie restaurant.

The Waterford Manor Senior Campus features Memory Care, Assisted Living, and Townhomes. Please contact Shannon Potter, the campus administrator, at 763.536.7669 or wmmgr@lanel.com to schedule a tour of any one of our fabulous living options.

The Waterford Manor had a great National Noon Out event on August 2nd! We were surrounded with fantastic friends, family and staff who made this event successful.

Students from the Benilde St. Margret School came out to the Waterford Manor and played games such as golf, bean bag toss, dice, “minute-to-win-it” challenges and other fun games. We enjoyed yummy cotton candy and a delicious picnic lunch from the Ida Marie Restaurant.

The Residents were delighted to listen to the “Young At Heart Orchestra” during the National Night Out event.

The Waterford Manor residents were accompanied by students from the Benilde St. Margret School to make cards for our troops and emergency workers on August 3rd. We all enjoyed decorating cards and writing special messages to show our appreciation.
