Emerald Pointe is a Multi-Family apartment complex located right in the Jewel of New Hope.  We have large one and two bedroom apartments with large windows to let lots of sunshine in.  Looking out the window to the court yard you feel that you are on the 14th hole of the rolling hills golf course.  We offer wood burning fire places in our second and third floor apartments and walk out patios on our first floor apartments.  We have a variety of on going activities, such as Pastry Mondays, popcorn Fridays, Celebration of Birthdays, and weekly bible study.  Our resident’s hosted a Mother’s Day Potluck, Father’s Day Brunch and recently had a yard sale.  We are excited for our big National Night Out event that will be held on August 2, 2011.  Feel free to stop by between 5-8 pm if you are in the area.

If you would like to come and visit Emerald Pointe, please contact Sue or Jamie at 763-546-2018.

We look forward to meeting you.

Lang Nelson Senior Transportation, a great service, an even better experience!

Our senior transportation program proudly delivers our residents to social outings throughout the twin cities.  We also deliver prospective residents to tour our communities!

Here are some of our testimonials validating this great service!!

“I wanted to take a minute to let you know our driver for my tour last week was AWESOME!  He was very personable and helped to rent an apartment to a very wonderful lady.  What made this unique is the tour lasted almost 2.5 hours and I didn’t hear one complaint… what I got was patience and smiles. Our driver was very helpful and the customer complimented us on his friendliness and his knowledge. Great job and thank you for offering and making this happen!”  Carrie

“Good morning! I just wanted to let you know your driver did an outstanding job. The prospect was thrilled about the service and did sign an application/lease. She is a great fit for our community.
Thanks again for the great service!”  Tanya

“The senior housing “cruise” was a great success. We had 36 seniors come through our community for tours.  The driver did a great job – as people were getting off the bus they were telling me what a great time they had with him. I used him last year and specifically asked for him again because he was such a hit. Thank you!” Becky

“Our driver was so awesome. He was able to arrange his schedule to accommodate picking up the customers and getting them back home in his already busy schedule!  Also, the driver was incredible at ’selling’ the benefits of the community to the customers. This, as you know, makes my job that much easier! I am very thankful for the accommodations of our drivers and transportation!!” Carrie
