MARCH 16, 2011 – The Waterford Senior Campus was pleased to host a Family Night complete with a 4-piece Irish band and food inspired by the Emerald Isle. Our residents, family, friends and guests were transported to Ireland with the folk songs, jokes and a delicious dinner that included corned beef and cabbage, and Irish Cream Cheesecake. The Waterford Manor will be having an open house on Thursday, March 31st from 8:00am to 5pm as part of the of the 2011 Lang Nelson Spring Showcase.
