Minnesota Retirement Communities & Assisted Living from Lang Nelson, Inc.

Partnership Resources Inc., is a resource in creating connections between the community and people with developmental disabilities.  PRI currently serves approximately 215 developmentally disabled adults with varying functioning levels.  They are very excited to have the opportunity to perform plays. Although this idea started out rather small, it has blossomed into something very special. 

 They will be performing a “dress rehearsal” at Autumn Woods Apartments
on July 30th at 12:00 PM
located at 2500 Kenzie Terrace, St. Anthony, MN
and two formal productions of “Hair Spray” at Macphail School of Music (501 South 2nd Street, Minneapolis, MN 55401) on August 3rd (12:00 PM) and August 4th (5PM) This is their fourth production at Macphail. 

Their previous productions inckude “High School Musical“, “The Wizard of Oz” and “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory“.  All of their actors participate in the creastion of the sets.  They have been working for several months on the props and set design.

The public is welcome to attend any one of the three scheduled performances.  Donations appreciated.

The Heathers Estates Community Living for 55+ Adults invites the public to a FREE OPTICIAN visit on Wednesday, August 25^th at 2:00 p.m. He will clean, fit, and adjust your eyeglasses on the spot. You can also order discounted eyeglasses that he will deliver within 7-10 days. The Optician visits the Heathers Estates on the 4^th Wednesday of every month.

This program is presented by The Tradition Senior Community and Rose’s Daughters’ owner, Kathleen McGonagle. She will speak on this epidemic and the problems that present with this disorder.  She will also provide valuable tools and resources to help families struggline with compulsive hoarding and cluttering.
